How do we ensure the safety of the property and everything inside it?
Our check-in/check-out manager conducts an inventory and full inspection of the villa BEFORE and AFTER guest stays, using an expert checklist
How can I monitor your work?
The best tool is our monthly reports, which include financial data and property condition updates.
Who will handle repairs after tenants, change furniture, etc.?
Minor repairs can be handled by our team, while more serious damages are covered by the guests’ security deposit
Is insurance taken out on the property, and how does it work?
By default, the security deposit we collect from each guest serves as insurance.
If you wish to additionally insure your property against major damages, this can be done through an insurance company, and we will help you with that.
Who pays taxes, and how is it done?
The profit tax for non-residents of Thailand is 15%. We deduct it from the income, and our company’s accountant pays it on your behalf to the tax department.
